    This contractor replaced our roof 7yrs ago with a new roof. I never thought we would be going through all this. I have been calling ********************************* for months. At first he didn't returned my calls I kept leaving messages for them to return my call they kept ignoring my calls. When I got upset and told ********************************* on a phone message that I was going to post everything about this business, then he returned my call. ***** Genovese told me that he didn't get my messages. I explained everything that my roof is leaking after spending thousands of dollars a roof should not be leaking after only seven years. ***** Genovese finally came out and did replace one roof shingle after numerous calls and he told me that if our roof is still leaking to let him know and he will come back out. Well my roof is still leaking I called ********************************* and told him this was in June on a voice message, because he never answers his phone. I kept calling him and finally ***** Genovese called me July 1st 2022 he told me that he is going to put me in his schedule and he will come out to our house and he will scout around and investigate where this leak is. ********************************* never came out to our house like he said he would. I have called him maybe ten times since July and he never returns my calls. Finally two weeks ago I called ***** and he answered his phone he told me that he would be out that Thursday he never called me or came over that *******. My husband found this business I don't know how he found him, but I am going through so much now, my husband passed away a few months ago and ***** Genovese is aware of this, and its been really hard. Please if their is anything that can be done please get back to me. Thank you.
