    I am very disappointed in what this company promised and did not honor and failed to deliver. ******************** was suppose to evaluate the water pump, and the well itself. As well as give me a written estimate to at least replace the water pump. Since there was no power to see if it worked, he could not assess the well itself. I was not going to be charged a service call fee since there was no electricity to the pump. He also was going to give me a estimated cost to have the entire water pump system replaced and possibly the well redrilled. Well, I was charged a service call fee and he never supplied the estimate of anything.When I called the office to inquire about this bill and the misinformation on the bill itself, the staff was very **** with me and said it was generated through their billing office and they were couldn't help me. i informed the secretary at that time he was fired. In conclusion, I paid the bill and I would not recommend him to anyone.

    I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company.In response to the incorrect information: *****, who called in the emergency no water call for this address supplied us with the incorrect information. At the time of the initial call, ***** gave us your billing address (which now we know was incorrect), she also told us the property was vacant. I have no record of you contacting our office providing the correct information. Also, ************** was not fired. ************** was in contact with ***** several times due to the fact an electrician had to go out to the property so there would be electric to try to run the pump. As far as an estimate, this was never provided because our phone calls were never returned.Again, I do apologize.
