      My experience with **** ******* as a home counselor was disappointing. She was rude, impatient, and dismissive of my concerns. Her attitude made it difficult to have a productive conversation, which is especially frustrating when seeking counseling. I expected professionalism and support but unfortunately did not receive either

      I have been dealing with Budget **************** since January 3, **** over a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize, and every time I talked to someone they told me different information. My car had a recall from ******************** they were picking up all the charges but for some reason I was billed $225.58 no one could give the correct information. ******* didn't know what it was for. They needed proof of the charge before they would pick it up. It was a rat race. Finally ******* sent me a Loyalty debit card, but I can't use that to pay my bill, plus I was charged interest. I was just so discouraged about the run around that budget couldn't figure out what exactly it was for.

      I can't say enough about ******************************* how helpful she was with helping me get my credit in order, she was so nice and made it so easy would highly recommend them fast and easy soon to have no more credit cars debt Thanks again ***
