    Years ago we contracted with Clermont Homes LLC to put up a modular home. Just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We ended up having to sue the man we contracted with at Clermont Homes LLC. . As time went by I noticed a company calling its self (Clermont Modular Homes LLC ) and the contact person is the SAME name and general area as the man we contracted with to put up our house. With our house the problems were because the man didnt want to correct things that his people did incorrectly, and some were SERIOUS issues. It took 2 years and 2 lawyers later, plus tens of thousands of dollars to force the man we contracted with to finish the house properly . We did file a BBB complaint for Clermont Homes LLC. If I were to sit and list all the problems it would make your head spin ! Even the county attorney got involved and other county officials came to the site TWICE and stayed for HOURS watching that the workers redo the improper installation of things, and make sure they corrected things properly. It was a 2 year nightmare.I can back up what I am saying because I saved the paper work.
