    On 8/18/2023 I ordered a chipper/*********, wrote a check for the full amount plus delivery fee. On 9/7/2023 I called and spoke to ****, he told me that it shipped from factory. On 9/13/2023 I called again and spoke to **** and he said that it would be in between 9/18-9/22/2023. On 9/20 ***** called me and said that there was a factory recall and that he could not sell the machine. I offered to come to him and pick up a refund. He said that wouldn't be possible because he wouldn't be in the rest of the week. In the mean time I called again and talked to someone asking when the check was mailed, they said I should have it any day. Martinsville is less than 50 miles from **************** if the check was mailed it should have arrived 9/30/23. In my opinion they should have mailed a check when they knew they couldn't fill the order. Not thrilled about having to engage a Lawyer and court. Thats why I 'am filing this complaint. If its at all possible I would drive to them and pick up the refund and not another word would be said.
