    I had my basement waterproofed by the company, In order to do the work everything had to be removed to the garage area. I let the owner of First Choice that I would be replacing the floor after the waterproofing was finished and would need his people to move everything back into the basement. The floor was finished in late July and I have tried to reach the owner to schedule a time when the items could be moved back into the basement. I have tried leaving messages via Text, his personal cell and at the office with no reply.. I currently cannot park in my garage because its filled with items that should be in the basement. One item is a large sink that needs to be reconnected along with a large bar that needs to be moved also.

    Hired First Choice Waterproofing to solve our water seepage in our home. The representative inspected the water/marks and paid $10,000. After a few weeks and pouring rain we called them that there is still a problem. ***********************, who Hired First Choice Waterproofing, ******************************************************. A representative came inspected water/watermarks. To solved the problem, we paid $10,000. After a few weeks of pouring rain called about the water seepage. *********************** came and introduced himself as the owner came and looked at the water seepage coming from a portion in the beginning of the garage. He told us to call in the next pouring rain and willl come right away. Sent e-************* calls and no return response. Please help!

    This is in response to a letter we received in reference to a **************************

     

    In going over her complaint we have been to her house to address her issues. 

     

    After a full examination of her premises the area in question is not where we performed the original work.

    We did explain that the area that she is complaining about is not part of her original contract and this would be an additional project.

     

    We did work in her crawl space which is dry.  Her area of complaint is in the garage.

First Choice Waterproofing is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
