    ******! THIS COMPANY **** US MONEY AND IS NOT REFUNDING IT! ******** ********/Owner, did mitigation work at our home in ***** when we suffered a flood/pipe backup on December 17, 2024. On December 18th ******** and two of his employees set fans/dehumidifier and took out water damaged basement ceiling tiles, insulation and carpeting. On December 19th, our insurance adjuster prepared hisreport [******** present]we were covered for the loss. ******** submitted his invoice to adjuster; that we would be reimbursed for this work, we paid Dominicks invoice. In Dominicks invoice he included a charge for the COMPLETE removal of our 26 year old hardwood floor, all moldings, the floor leading into an adjoining room, and that into a closet. UNNECESSARY, EXCESSIVE work he applied for when only a smaller section of floor actually suffering water damage needed repair and refinish. When we told ******** (a) the entire floor was not being removed; (b) asked him to amend invoice; and (c) reimburse us for this work that would not be done, he became quite irritated and said, THIS IS MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET insisting THE ***** WAS COMING OUT.' Defiant, since January 6, 2025 he has REFUSED TO REIMBURSE us this money, and in addition has yet to remove a large piece of equipment left in our Garage since December 23, 2024. Our adjuster is aware of this matter and has emailed ******** requirement he reimburse us; ******** assured the adjuster that he wouldthat was 5 weeks ago! There is a lot more we can say about this company and how ******** ******** operates but reserve that for legal pursuits getting this money back, over $3,000. Look at a YELP one star review (one year ago) where ******** filched another customer saddling her with need to re-do work she paid for [mold remediation and insulation.]. For a company that brags about 5 Star Reviews [authentic?] he does not have enough cash flow to conduct business in a reputable manner; ******** ******** is not trustworthy!

    The client was paid the money back and this matter was resolved. Everything stated in her comment is so far from the truth. Mrs. ****** made me run in circle for her for two weeks and then decides last minute to put the job from me for no reason. Either way she has been made whole. Clearly being to nice sometime makes things worse for yourself.
