    No review to give. The business did me a disservice. When I complained and requested a full refund and to correct my order due to the fact it would not be on time for the event ,my refund was then sent and my original order cancelled and they refused to correct their mistake! What kind of business does that. When they admitted on a recorded line the graphics department messed up.They get a zero for customer service and customer satisfaction a zero. Product ok but they don't handle customer issues when they are in the wrong effectively.

While I understand this wasn't your preferred outcome, we believe a full refund is a fair remedy for the situation.We value your feedback and are working on improving our customer service.
