    on 4/24/2024 Mr. David W. Of Saviors Custom Carpentry Inc. here at my home *** ******* **., ********* ****, NJ ***** to discuss putting steps on the side of my deck. I informed him that he must go through the HOA for approval and he state d that he know that and assured it will be approved. He drew up a contract and emailed it to me. (see attached). Mr. W. met me at my home, we went over the contract and I questioned him abut the 25% if the contract was denied. Again he assured me that HOA will approve. On the same day I gave him a down payment of $1,750 according to the contract and his assuring it will get approved. However, the HOA denied the steps on May 15, 2024, whereas they sent him and email, but forgot to send it to me. On May 15, 2024 the same day David sent me an email stating that Megan the assistant for HOA was out and had not submitted the form. More than that after I received the text from David I called HOA myself and that's when I learned it was denied. I called David and text him in regard to my refund, now he will not answer my calls or send me a text back

    I had two contracts with this "company": 1 where I made a $10,000.00 deposit for a annex where he did not start nor any architectural progress. I reached out to him about this matter where he became M.I.A. *** second contract was a interior job. He ran a draining tube through my kitchen floor too highup. As a result, I am unable to place flooring on top without a bump. Not only is this a tripping hazard, but it is something that could have been avoided with with proper planning. ***n, he preffered to do sheetrock work himself instead of hiring a proffessional. After bringing this to his attention, he left, hasn't picked up or returned calls, and left the work undone. I've reached out multiple times on different platfoorms only to recieve no response. After reading testimonies from other jobs he has done, I am not the only one that has had this encounterment.
