    I was so surprised by the attitude I got when I requested a payoff for my loan,and when I asked a typical question she just answered so sharply and rudely asked another one question . We will request a full payoff for all my loans there.I WAS SO SHOCKED FROM THIS ATTITUDE! I dealt with plenty of other banks daily and was never treated this way nor serviced this way and besides that they didn't listen to my request at all!!!!THIS IS NOT MORE THAN EGO....My experience was with the vice president of the branch in ******* ** her name *********************************,
