    Im a groomer of over over 10 years cross country training. I was an employee here for a few months in the grooming salon of all three locations. I had a terrible experience with the owner, *****************. At the time of being hired I was made a lot of empty promises as the shop was desperate to hire groomers. I was bounced between three locations which was not discussed at the time of being hired or my desired situation. I witnessed Pat fire newly hired employees on the spot. I witnessed a lot of employees get hired and quit after a few months as well. This business does not supply safety equipment for groomers and asks you to bring your own. I was also not aware of this when hired. They tie grooming leads around the table poles to clip the dogs to the pole and it is very unsafe. They basically make their own pet restraining equipment which can result in injury to employees and pets. Nothing they do in the grooming salon is professional, none of the groomers are trained the same. They do not fill out incident reports when dogs are injured or offer to take them to the vet. The manager who has never been a grooming professional and has no professional field training, ****** dogs on the spot when the schedule gets messed up after googling what to do, Which can also result in injury to a pet. I do not recommend bringing your dog here to be groomed as all of the groomers are inexperienced and working under poor management.
