    ***************************** called me to inform me of some complaints about my son which she received from other parents. When ****************** made this called, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I attempted to call the business to file a complaint against her and instead of taking my call and following up on my complaint ******************* followed in her steps and did not address the issue. ******************* did finally listen to me for a brief moment but I want to proceed with further action for ****************** as she continue to be rude by scheduling a 6:30 call to only be late for about 5 minutes because she had a phone call. Once she finally started the meeting, her only concern was to attack my son. We did not engage in any arguments as it was not the time nor appropriate in front of my son. For ****************** being in the education industry, she should have a higher standard of respect and be an example of it to students as well as parents. Instead she is displaying unprofessionalism and disrespect.
