      Date of purchase 8-17-2018 Date of installation 9-10-2018 Warranty 10 years With in the past 2 years we have called Floors at Your Door the selling / installing company 10 times. Congoleum has agreed to replace the floor in May of 2024.Congoleum the flooring manufacturer is not issuing the funds or product to replace the flooring after they have agreed to warranty it. Floors at Your Door gave us numbers to speed up the process. I have called Congoleum and left messages with no reply. Floors at Your Door sold the flooring with a warranty that Congoleum is not standing behind. I just want my floor warrantied as agreed upon. Floors at Your Door has all sales, installation, warranty and emails from Congoleum about our case. Congoleum is not communicating with us or Floor at Your Door on when and how this will be resolved.

      Purchase date of Congoleum Duraceramic was 10/22/07. First complaint of peeling, chipping and fading and grout discoloration was made on 8/7/2008. Since that time we have been submitting claims, complaints and letters on the dissatisfaction. They have offered no fair resolution that was feasible. The product is defective and Congoleum refuses to honor their lifetime warranty. I have complained to the PA AG office and our attorney and Congoleum has refused to respond to either. They have ignored all my attempts to resolve the issue even though they reopened my claim on July 9th, 2017. Since that date they have not responded to any attempts to honor my claim or offer any kind of resolution. Congoleum was sued in 2015, which they settled, for false claims and failing to honor warranties to those who made claims. Congoleum failed to include my claim in this settlement. I have ***** sq feet of Congoleum Duraceramic flooring that cost $20,000 for material and installation. In their warranty they claim they will pay for replacement and labor due to defects. It has already been determined that the product is defective. Yet, they refuse to honor any claims or even respond to any attempts to resolve this issue. The flooring is peeling, fading, discoloring and the grout is doing the same. This has devalued the value of our home. Congoleum has ceased production of this flooring due to the many complaints and lawsuits. Congoleum has falsely advertised this flooring and has failed to honor any claims or warranties. I have recently filed a complaint with the ********** ******************************* of ******** Protection. Their are hundreds of complaints against Congoleum Duraceramic and Congoleum is refusing to honor the claims and respond to the consumer.
