    Review Title: Unethical Business, Poor Service, and Failure to Return My Vehicle I took my car to ***** on February 10, 2025, for a transmission inspection involving removal, dismantling, inspection, reassembly, and reinstallation. I strongly believe the service was not properly completed due to poor communication and dishonesty.**** ignored my calls, forcing me to travel out of pocket to check on my car. When applying for financing, he suggested using a false address, which made me uncomfortable. I was denied financing after signing for the inspection ONLY.Later, I was told my transmission was so bad it would cost $5,000 to replace. Due to the constant runaround, I decided to discontinue service.On February 21, 2025, I told **** Id call on February 22 to pay $800 for the inspection, despite my dissatisfaction. I also paid $175 for towing to return my car home. My car never arrived. After calling multiple times, **** finally answered before closing and said it would arrive Saturday at 10 AM. It never did, and I later discovered AACMO is closed on weekends.I believe I was misled and treated unfairly. As an African American customer, I feel discrimination played a role in my treatment.I demand:Immediate return of my vehicle at no ****** refund of the $800 service fee.A refund of the $175 towing fee.Accountability for unethical business practices.I have been patient and professional but was met with dishonesty and financial misconduct. If unresolved, I will dispute charges, file complaints, and seek legal ********* NOT take your vehicle to AACMO! They will take your money and leave you without your car.
