    My needlepoint piece was delivered to merchant so that she could send it to her contact to finish the piece into a napkin holder. My needlepoint was given to her in July, 2023 and has yet to be returned to me. ***** the owner of Nimble Needle told me that she is busy with many pieces. Now it is December and I still have not received my finished piece or any information about where or when it will be returned. I am very discouraged and disappointed with this service and response from the needlepoint shop owner, I would like my piece returned finished or not. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE

    To whom it may concern,

    The complainant ************************************* needlepoint piece was received this weekend from the finisher and is ready to be picked up at the Nimble Needle at *****************************************************************************. THIS RESOLVES THE MATTER.

    Please Note: The finisher who worked on the complainant ************************************* piece is an indepenant contractor, and as such the Nimble Needle has no control or authority over their work including their schedule or order in which they complete the work. We can not with any assurance predict with any accuracy when a piece will be returned, and rely on a friendly relationship with the finisher for any information at all. The complainant *************************** was informed of this and knows this, yet refused to accept we could not provide a reliable date for the completion. 

    The work done by a finisher is not an "assembly line" of predictable repetitive tasks. It is not possible for them to provide a reliable schedule to all the shops that forward work to them. This is the status of this part of the business, and the Nimble Needle is powerless to change these conditions, no matter how loudly one customer may decide to complain.

    I am the husband of the Nimble Needle's owner and *************** to this complain to remove this stress from my wife's hands. She suffers enough stress from running a small business to not have to add unreasonable customers to her load. I request politely that the complainant *************************** pickup her finished piece, settle her bill, and not return. We thank her for her past business and wish her well.
