    On March 15, 2021, I had placed an order for a 13B-REW engine at the full cost of $5,400 and paid in full (Order # ****). Fast forward 2 full years later and I have still not received any information on the order regarding shipment tracking or updates. I have tried to reach out to the company on multiple occasions over the past two years via email and telephone and have not been able to reach them more than a couple of times. Each time I was able to achieve communication, there was a completely empty excuse and a promise of "it's coming soon". Additionally, on July 30, 2021, I had placed another order with them with a few items totaling $593.45 (Order # ****). Eventually at one point I was able to contact them for this order and was given a $50 refund as an apology for the delay. Once again however, nearly 2 years later I have still not received my orders totaling nearly $6,000. This matter needs to be addressed or I will be resorting to legal action in the coming months.

    I had ordered a part back on 2/26/2022 for the total amount of $721.18, after months of no updates I began to attempt calling them for any sort of update. I was never once able to get them on the phone after trying many different days and times, so I began to email them with update requests to which I received little information if any reply was given at all. My friend Alex also began to email them to attempt to get updates (I had ordered the parts for him). He was more successful then myself in reaching them to which they claimed back orders, waiting on parts, or no response at all on numerus occasions. After requesting shipping updates they had said they would ship that same week but never sent any sort of tracking number or updates. Doing this more then once we requested a refund to which they said they would with in 11 business days, after waiting more then 11 days nothing was refunded. At this point it was October with no update on the parts or a refund, I opened a claim with Paypal to recoup my lost funds to which they had stated that I was owed the money but could not help since it was over their 180-day policy. I had sent them 3 refund requests since to which they refused since I opened a Paypal claim against them. the information above is what their website says the address is though I found this address on the BBB *** ******** ******* ********* ** ******. Any help to recover my lost funds would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

    On October 1, 2021 I ordered two products from IR Performance with order number ****. When i placed the order from the website they assured me that it was in stock. After about a month i contacted them again and they told me it was on backorder. On March 16, 2022 I finally received tracking information but the package was returned due to an error with the postal service. I contacted them again on May 3, ********************************************************************************************************* which i did. Here it is almost 3 months later July 11,2022 and I still have not received any updates nor tracking information. I would like to either have my full refund or my package. I am tired of contacting them to ask for information on a package they should be handling that is bad and unprofessional business.that I have yet to receive after almost one year. Ive contacted them on numerous occasion and they assured me that it would be shipped out soon but it has still not been.
