    US Auto Movers out of *** ****** phone number. A representative *** ****** asked for a ***** deposit of $200 to ship a vehicle from ******* to **********. We agreed on a total cost and when the vehicle can be picked up. He gave me a truck driver’s information and when I called the driver he said he couldn’t do it for that price. *** ****** said he would keep shopping for a driver. Over the next couple of days there was still no one willing to ship for the contract price.
    At this point I started looking for other options and decided to take a different route. I advised *** ****** I would like a refund and I was no longer interested in shipping with US Auto Movers
    He texted me about his wife and kids and going to lose his job over this etc.
    After over a month of going back and forth they told me no refund because I cancelled the contract. Even thou they never found me a driver for the agreed price in a reasonable time.

    Same as the previous review. Paid deposit trusted them to pick up then nothing. They stated they are looking for a driver and due to it taking so long I had to use another company. Said they would give back deposit. Continued to state they sent me an email and I never received and then no response. Total scam do not use.

    I contacted this company to ship my car cross-country. They quoted a price, and I paid the requested deposit, trusting them to follow through. They gave me a pickup date, but when that day came, there was no truck in sight. After numerous calls, I was given a new date, only to be informed that their truck had supposedly broken down. They then had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted another driver, it would cost me double. When I demanded a refund of my deposit, they claimed it was spent on insurance for my caran outright lie. When I pressed further, they changed their story, offering a different excuse about some paperwork. *** had over 10 cars shipped to ******* through various companies and never once encountered an issue like this. This company is a scam, plain and simple. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will make it my mission to expose their deceitful practices on every social media platform available. Avoid them at all costs.
