    Great Great experience with Puro Clean. We were very pleased with ********* work on the house that was affected by water damage! Him and his team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Puro Clean always kept us informed throughout the project and answered any question we had no matter the time or day . They were very professional and punctual. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE CONTRACTER.

    The team did a thorough and timely clean up of the water damage located in my home. They were quick to respond, professional in interactions and went above and beyond in correcting very minor paint damage from the removal of the barriers for the work - highly recommend!

    We found PuroClean from an internet search, and you are never really sure what you will get, but we are so happy with our selection. From the initial contact they were professional, detailed and timely in their approach to our remediation. They carefully explained the process and the options for handling the request. They consistently explained what work had been completed and the next steps of the process. Most importantly they treated our equipment like they were prized possessions making sure that nothing was damaged, and covering those things that needed to be protected. Everyone from their staff was courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for your needs. No big commercials, just a high quality service. Thank you ******, your efforts are greatly appreciated, above and beyond.

    The first floor of my townhouse flooded from a burst pipe in the unit next to mine. Multiple people from the company came to assess the damage and immediately begin water remediation and demo. They were here for 9 straight days to complete everything due to the extensive damages. Everyone from the company was professional, respected my time, and explained everything to me along the way. I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service, especially from **** during the renovation phase. ****'s guidance, expertise, and contributions to the renovation were invaluable. Both **** and ****** also went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance processes for the work.

    Thank you! **** and his team were very professional throughout the whole ordeal providing quick response and transparency. **** did not leave out any details. ******, also part of Pruoclean, arrived punctually every day and did a lot of the demo, cleanup, and remediation. They made sure to only remove the damaged parts - nothing more and nothing less. They were through to make sure everything was dried out and sprayed with disinfectant to make sure future issues do not arise. Thank you for all your help!

    ****** and I want to extend heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team at PuroClean for the fantastic job they did in putting our downstairs family room back together after recent flooding. The fact is, with their professionalism and their attention to detail, everything about our rooms actually ended up looking BETTER than before! ***************** and his crew, including ************************, ********, were as gracious and as easy to work with as we ever could have asked for. The day they finished and left us we felt like we had lost good friends. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
