    I am lodging a complaint against Camp Coconuts due to their failure in providing services as advertised, coupled with their lack of response to my concerns, despite my having paid $3,437.50 upfront.February 29th will compel me to take further steps.After numerous attempts to reach out through emails and calls, I received only one response after 4 months of attempts from the director, who offered a 2-week credit for the next year. Considering the significant misrepresentation of the camp's amenities and location, I requested a partial refund. This seemed a reasonable request, given the circumstances. He told me in Oct. 2022 he'd look into it. I have not been able to reach anyone since. This request was based on the false advertisement of the camp's location and amenities, and the fact that two other families I know received refunds or did not have to complete their payments for equivalent weeks. It seems unjust that I am effectively being penalized for having paid in full.Moreover, I was appalled to learn that ****** Pools had notified Camp Coconuts in December ***************************************** 2023. This crucial information was withheld from customers for over six months and only communicated via a general email during the first week of camp. As I joined after this email was sent, I was never personally informed of this change in location. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.Additionally, the camp facilities are substandard, with only three outdoor stalls for over 250 children, which are in a deplorable state and lack privacy and security. The overall lack of space and limited activities are a far cry from what was portrayed on your website and communicated on social media. If Camp Coconuts is unwilling or unable to assist in resolving this matter, please inform me promptly.However, should there be no response from your side by the end of business on 02/29, I will be compelled to take further action.

    I have been waiting for a credit from the camp since August 15th, 2022. The amount of the credit is $891.10 and i have in writing from the owner they will credit this with the amount for a week of camp and excursions. We have sent multiple emails to the camp, stopped by and can still not get the refund - they are 'working out their books."
