      We went through the VA for plaque. We told **** to make sure to send a picture to see if we wanted the VA marker before they did anything. Instead they immediately sent to cemetery. Cemetery immediately installed in ground. When we found out what they did, **** did not take responsibilty. It would have cost us $1300 for cemetery to undo. We did not have a problem for Uras to remake marker at a cost. But we had already paid $1300 for cemetery to install. We should not have been charged another $1300 since it was their mistake. **** is a miserable intolerable person. Still debating whether to tell credit card to refund me

      My family wanted to place a plague on our mothers grave and were told by ****** ***** ******** that they have a good working relationship wit Uras Monuments and that they knew the requirements set by ****** ***** to whom we could make payment for both the plague a the placement fee set forth by ******  *****, that was almost five months ago, close to the three month point I called froest Green and was told it hadn'r arrive yet so I called Uras Monuments and spoke with a women who informed me It was still to early and that the plague would be ready after the fourth of July, I called again the week after the 4th and A person named Andy got back to me when asked where the plague was I was told it was lost in the mail, after questioning if it went insure and where's the tracking number and told he'd get back to me when he knew the answer I told him no, call them then me right back, which he did but now telling me we didn't send an ok reply, not only did we, but we also paid the full amount including a placement fee paid to ****** *****, having given them more time to correct this problem and pointing out that the ok was sent alone with a certified check almost totaling $2,500. with which they took their share sent FG $660 for placement while never having ever produce the plague, now Andy told me that they would only reimburse me their share as ** doesn't give refunds, that I told him isn't my problem as their should have not paid then till they sent the plague, This Adny doen't what to hear, so I'm waiting on the check before suing then for the reminder!
