    The owner said he would be at install, he wasn't. The work that was done wasn't where we had agreed. Then his incompetent workers got their equipment stuck in my chimney, wanted to open the chimney walls, created a huge soot pile, and then used my box fan to "clear the air" which blew greesy soot throughout my basement and first floor, covering all of my children's toys in their play room. Soot can cause cancer. The owner was too busy that day to deal with **. We were told he was on a sales call. It was such a mess. Everything you touched in my house would turn your hands black! I sent pictures and videos. The owner offered to clean part of my carpet, that's it! Then he harrassed me to try to not go through insurance. My insurance company was fantastic! They took over. Everything was either replaced, repainted or washed. They even got me a check from Martin Masters insurance. I don't know how Martin Masters ever got good reviews or are still in business.
