    I had my cell phone screen break on 4/16/24. I had it replaced by Ubreakifix Millburn, who reattached it using an adhesive, for the cost of $222.30. They have a one-year warranty for the repair. The repair failed, and the screen popped off within 8 months. I brought the phone and the screen back to the store within 5 minutes of it popping off to have it repaired. They declined to honor the warranty, stating that I must have either dropped the phone or damaged the screen if I attempted to repair it myself (which I had not). It is possible the screen may have been damaged from falling off the phone, but the screen fell when it popped off because the adhesive failed. It seems they don't have to honor any warranty if they can just claim a customer dropped their phone, and it becomes a he said-she said situation that works in their favor. They have endless one star reviews in which people describe their business as a scam, and I wish I had researched them before using them.

    I brought a ******** Switch to the store on 1/6/22 to see if it could be repaired. I was charged $198.74 up for evaluation and repair. I was told it would take two weeks. After two weeks I contacted the business. They said it was still out for repair. Contacted them a second time and was told they could not find any record in their system. They called me back and then said that the Switch was in the store and could not be repaired. I went to the store to pick it up, and it was not the correct Switch as the serial number was not the same as the one I brought in. The store said the manager would contact me in two days, which did not happen. The store has not refunded my money or produced the correct Switch.
