    Dear Better Business Bureau:

    I am appalled with the bogus charges that not properly communicated during my 1 hrs physical therapy session on October 19 2023 at Sportscare physical therapy facility. As the receptionist requested, I had provided the insurance coverage card, paid upon request the co-payment $50 on the day of the visit and no other charges were disclosed when I left the facility.

    In April 2024 Five months later, I have been billed with undisclosed charges such as Therapeutic PX each 15 min excercises at $177, Self-care/home mgmt at $150, manual therapy TQSRegions each 15 mins at $150 treatments that not performed. I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with the Sportscare physical therapy Billing via phone calls and email, but unfortunately, my concerns have not been adequately addressed, and the charges remain.

    As these charges are unjust and constitute fraudulent billing practices, I request your immediate intervention to investigate this matter.
