The voicemail I received from ***** on my scheduled date of service... Left me two voicemails and I was not able to answer the phone at the time but was home the entire day waiting for them to come by and service my heater as scheduled... "Hello, this is ***** from Comfort Road. I'll try to call back in another 5 minutes. I'm about an hour away. So I guess if I don't get a response in 5 minutes, I will have to reschedule the appointment. Thank you very much. Bye." "Hello. Again, this is ***** from copper Pros Heating and Cooling again. I guess like I said, I was going to give a call back in 5 minutes because there's no response. You're going to have to give a call back to the office reschedule the appointment and then I guess yeah, you might not be able to get somebody until Monday. Thank you. Have a nice weekend."TERRIBLE customer service and they will waste your time!

I had to use them through my home warranty. Didnt get past the quote/ invoice process. This company and my warranty company had me calling both back and forth all day. My wife spoke to the company on the phone asking why the invoice was different than what the technician told us in person. This began to escalate and my wife being hung up on. Proceeded to call back 8 times with them answering the phone calling my wife a brat and hanging up before she could get any words out. Transferred to the manager who didnt answer or return the voicemail. Continued to try and call back and would receive three or four words from whomever answered the phone then hung up on again.

If I could I would give a "0" star. This place is a scam. They ask for you to pay up front and when you want to cancel a week prior to the service date, they charge a "restocking" fee which is not mentioned prior to taking your money. ******** is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She told me that I would get a refund if I had to cancel, but never mentioned a restocking fee until I cancelled. She is the worst! Keep your money in your pocket.

Avoid at all costs. They are an absolute racket; unprofessional, horrible customer service, and borderline fraudulent.Like many others, they were assigned to me by AHS warranty to fix my broken central ac.- Initial response time was over 72 hrs. Ok, i'll give them the benefit on this one - it's summer and they're busy.- The technician showed up at 6pm, and had an attitude from the second he walked in (he clearly didn't want to be working)- He did nothing to diagnose my AC: - He touched the thermostat, which didn't work (duh, it's broken - that's why I called). - He couldn't find the shut off switch - I pointed it out, right on the the unit. - He said the unit "looked dirty" (it's ~30years old... what do you expect?) - He insisted the wires were "messed up" - nothing had been touched. - He informed me a "more experienced" tech would need to take a look, and left.- For the 7 days, I chased them. I called every morning for an update - they were dismissive - "report still hasn't been filed, we can't schedule another appointment." Well, why not? I never once got a call back upon numerous requests to hear from a manager as to what is going on.- I called AHS and filed a complaint of non-compliance of their contractor. Finally, this triggered Comfort Pros to write the report.- Their report is a comically short one line that states "Beyond normal wear and tear" - a total load of BS. Even if that is your honest belief, why did it take you over a week to write it? And why could nobody tell me on the phone? It's because they're liars...They now want another $200 to rediagnose. No thank you - your incompetence doesn't mean I have to pay for another visit. Especially after you've left me hanging for 2 weeks.I'm 99% sure my 30 year old unit will need to be fully replaced, but I gladly take my money somewhere else (read: to an HONEST contractor) to have this done.
