    Just recently traded in a bike for one that I got at Xtreme machines. Got a great bike and the sales process was friendly and easy without the hard sell. Had a couple questions for the ladies in the office and in Finance since that time. They are very helpful and friendly and really go out of their way for you, lots of times you see the people at some dealerships not want anything to do with you after they get the sale but this shop is different, they couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. Parts counter as well. Havent had the initial service yet, but thats coming very soon and Im sure they will be great also because it seems like customer service is very important to this company. Glad I chose to buy here.

    Don't purchase anything fragile from Xtreme Machines LLC that has to be insured. I had this company insure a fragile item and they charged me $60.00 for $180.00 ************** way more than the insurance policy cost after some investigation. When item was delivered it was broken in multiple pieces so I contacted the company. They placed an insurance claim with *** and I asked several times for an update. I was told it was under review two times and now after a month total silence. The company will not respond and I haven't received the insurance money for the broken item and the company won't accept returns. Total rip off. My best guess is this person took out the insurance in their business name and had me send them the pictures of the damaged item to claim the insurance money and keep the $180.00 for them self. Don't do business with dishonest companies or people.
