    To whom it may concern this letter is to inform you that Ushlers body shop have had my truck there for over 2 months and this is not right they did the same thing with my suv they kept it for 4 months also with my Acura. With the Acura I had to sell it due to the job they did the trunk wouldnt close correctly this has been a nightmare for me. ****** told me it will be done last month and nothing I dont even get a phone call from them. I have never been to a body shop where they stay with ur vehicle for months. They are great people but very bad customer service very bad service I will never recommend no one to this shop never also my suv has to go back due to the front headlight one side is brighter then the other on the highlander
