Please shut this page down. Action Hyundai has been bought by ******** Hyundai and I am reaching out to see how we can shut down Action Hyundai and Vineland Hyundai needs to have a new BBB profile. Please advise. We can report all of the documents for ******** Hyundai.

So I took my Santa Fe that I have not even had for 6 months to get a sensor checked bc it's not working. It's now called Vineland Hyundai. They said nothing was wrong with them, but still not working. So I asked them to fix my fuel door that was a little loose. Two hours later I had 3 dents, 3 spots where they chipped the paint and a scratch. NEVER received an apology from anyone. They were willing to fix it like they were doing me a favor. A week later I bring it back with the understanding that the dents, 3 areas of chipped paint and the scratch on my door would be fixed. Go to pick it up and the scratch was not fixed. They told me I can bring it back and drop it off for a few hours. It was supposed to be fixed that day. The sales guy was supposed to call me when to bring it back even though my intent was to never bring it back. Never heard anything. Still have NEVER received an apology from ANYONE!!

My daughters vehicle was at Action Hyundai for work, after a week, recd call that battery was dead and that we had to bring them a new battery in order for them to begin work on vehicle. In my 67 yrs of life I have never had to take a auto repair shop parts to have THEM work on my car. I took battery and asked to speak w manager/owner, was given bottled water, waited for 35 minutes, watching manager sit at desk, never acknowledging me and I finally left as my portable oxygen was running out. Worst customer service. Having to drive a battery to a mechanic that stated they didnt have any batteries available is ridiculous. Btw it isnt there for a battery issue. I am very nervous of the outcome of this situation.
