    They deserve a negative ten stars. The driver and owner is extremely rude, and unprofessional. The first time I had them, I have a will call. That means I will call when ready. When I called them, around 3 in the afternoon, the *** said to me, what am I just supposed to come and get you whenever you feel like calling me? I said umm yeah pretty much, that's how will call works. Now today, I was dropped off at my appointment around 8:45 am. I then called him at 11:00 am and told him I was ready, he said we'll if I've known that I would of just waited for you, I said ummm ok.... then he said it's gonna be a while, and I hung up with no response because this *** is rude, and I was upset. So he calls me back about ten minutes later and says find your own way home you ****** *****, and hung up. I was shocked. So I called legitimate, for the second time this morning. The first time was to tell them what he said, and to ask them to put this company on my deferred list and never give them me thier services again. So now, about 15 min later I'm calling to tell them what happened and what he said. They filed the complaint and gave me a lyft home. I also went on thier website and multiple reviews said the same thing. That he is extremely rude, and unprofessional. And reviews on **** and other websites same bad reviews. I'm not a trouble maker and don't wish to hurt or ruin anyone's business, but this man is extreme and something should be done. Someone should talk to him. Thank you.
