    I had a fantastic experience with Apex! Great customer ********************** and ************************ made all the difference. I not only had a positive experience, but I also felt confident enough to recommend them to my neighbors, who had similarly positive experiences.     Very dishonest and unprofessional. Hired them to do duct cleaning and there was a mishap - where their staff caused damage to the ceiling. When I checked with their office, they offered to pay for damages. 4 weeks later no payment in sight and ignoring emails.

    I gave $100.00 deposit on 08/24 for chimney sweep and duct cleaning. Company never showed up during time coordinates. Technician said theyd be there at 9pm and also stated that they were overbooked and too tired to show up. Technician also apologized and said someone would be calling from the office to reschedule. No one ever called to reschedule. So far, no refund. The owner *********************** is very dishonest.

    We were running later than you were happy with, so when we called to tell you that we were on our way, you cancelled the call. We were still within our appointment time, just on the later side (1-4pm), and you cancelled because it was closer to 4pm. This is why you you have not received a refund. It is our policy if you cancel within 72 hrs of the appointment, you receive a full refund, in your case, you cancelled the same day of your appointment. We tried to communicate a resolution with you but you are difficult and uncooperative to the point of not wanting to discuss this at all over the phone at any time. I'm sorry, this is why we have written policy's in place and we communicate them to everyone.
