  Terrible company and even worse customer **********************. About two weeks ago, they were hired by ********* to make a critical exterior water line repair to my neighbor's home in order to restore her water service. We live in adjoining townhouses in ************, ** and the Ultimate Drain plumber asked my permission to dig on my property in order to access my neighbor's water line. I granted permission under the condition that my property be returned to its original condition the following day. They agreed but they never returned. After I complained, they sent out a plumber who did some landscape work but I'm still left with a high pile of rocks and dirt - nothing approaching the original condition of my front yard before this work began. They also dug up some shrubs which were not properly replaced and are now dying. The plumber told me he's a plumber, not a landscaper and this was the best he could do. I have called the company several times and keep being assured that **** ****** or *** ******** would return my call. After a week of repeatedly calling, they have not called me back. I've now had my HOA's landscaper tell me that it will cost me $700 to properly regrade and restore my front yard area. I'd like Ultimate to pay for this but they don't return phone calls. I'm filling out Small Claims Court paperwork today. Totally irresponsible company.

  Have insurance for indoor plumbing through ** american water. Had leak from 2nd floor down dining room wall to basement. When I called American water, they stated this company would service my claim. First, when plumbers came said leak down from 2nd floor was due to a couple of tiles in shower with broken grout. They wanted to cut through dining room ceiling and wall to fix. I should them where leak was 15+ years ago on 2nd floor by steam shower pipes. They saw it was leaking and said it needed a "valve" that they would replace. Call from ***** next day informing me it was not covered. Appt on that Friday from 3-6 but prior to appointment, ****** called asking me for payment prior to service being rendered. I said, I would pay after. They never showed up from 3-6. I called ****** again he said they were "running late". At 7 PM, received call from plumber informing me they did not have part and to call office on Monday. I called ****** left message and still waiting for a call back. So, hired a different plumber who came early Saturday, diagnosed issue and capped steam shower pipe that was leaking. All for half the cost. STAY AWAY from this company. Issue with diagnosing the real problem, contacting the customer and asking for payment prior to any services being performed. I would check to see if their plumbers are actually licensed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Only saving ***** was, the two plumbers were nice but not knowledgeable.

  This company was procured as a vender of HomeServe to service my hot water heater today, May 27th. The issue pertains to not having hot water. Two strangers arrived at 7:00pm and took pictures of the manufacturer of the hot water heater and proceeded to inform me that they have no experience servicing hot water heaters and left at 7:05pm I felt victimized as a female consumer and it has been an arduous experience. The two individuals had every opportunity to inform me of their inexperience before arriving to my house. Overall, I dont feel safe at this point and this company misrepresented their services and sent two imposters to my home. In so many words, this could had severe consequences and the actions are fraudulent. Moreover, my water heater operates on natural gas, and with inexperienced technicians it could have been catastrophic.

  I would definitely recommend and use this agency again!! ************************** came out to my home this morning to do a service, and he was very professional, very skilled, and very polite. He had a very friendly attitude which showed that he is top tier when it comes to good customer **********************!! I will use this service again if needed and will make sure I ask for Mr. **** every time! Definitely will be recommending this agency to all of my family and friends!!

  Ultimate Drain was sent out to my address on 4/12/2024 by ************************* When they came out they were to fix my leaking faucets (which they said was not in my contract). I had also asked for my drains to be cleaned which weren't clogged. They proceeded to clean the drains in my bathroom tub. My tub started leaking and water was coming through my ceiling on my fan/ lighting fixture causing damage to my ceiling. The employee ****** said he had to remove a pipe to clean the tub. They caused damaged that wasn't in issue before. I have been calling since Friday and have been getting the same message that a Manager will call me back. I even was told that the *** will be getting back to me. This company and customer ********************** is horrible and I'm very disappointed with service. This morning Monday 4/15/2024 my ceiling was leaking through my fixture once again. I have also reached out to American water resources which contracted them and I'm having the same issue with them saying that they sent a case to them. Both horrible!!!!

  Been 3 weeks since claim submitted for pipe leak outside my sidewalk. AMW went into contract with new local Ultimate Drain Cleaning and Service, LLC and we've been getting the run around from both ever since. Calling them pretty much every day, including weekends. Each time AMW will say they just reached out to Ultimate to schedule appointment, Ultimate Drain Cleaning and Service, LLC will then turn around and say they are waiting for their excavation team then no appointments. No ETA, nothing. Can't even provide an appointment. It's apparent they just do not have the man power and didn't know what they took on when they went into contract with AMW. Literally been 3 weeks of this nonsense. A neighbor in same development got theirs fixed last week after months+ of waiting and they practically destroyed their yard because they did not put the planks down before digging the sidewalk. *** should really do their due diligence when finding new contractors and Ultimate should not have taken on the *** agreement if they do not have the adequate staffing but obviously they are both just greedy companies who are just taking people's monies and time.

  My experience with this company's water line repair work and landscape service restoration has been quite frustrating. Unfortunately, it took an excessively long time to get the work scheduled, and they didn't keep their promises, leaving me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Moreover, their responsiveness was severely lacking, making communication a challenge. Personally, if I had the option, I would never choose to hire this company again, especially considering that they were hired through insurance."
