    I was over charged by $12.80 for 4 dozen bagels. I went to the store today and they refused to issue me a refund for the overcharge saying That I had the bagels cut or I purchased cream cheese. Ive been going to this bagel shop for over 20 years and have purchased dozens of bagels from them. I filed a complaint with my credit card and they are doing a courtesy $12.80 credit to my account. The amount is insignificant, I am just appalled by the lack of customer service from **********************. I will not purchase anything from them again. I just wanted to ensure all of their customers know that ****************** overcharges and will not make it right for the customer.
