    Otherwise known as ******************** (which doesn't seem to be registered - he changed the name because of bad reviews before). Terrible company, don't use them. I warned them I would post a bad review and report them if they didn't honor my roof warranty, but they fobbed me off and ignored me, so here goes. I had my roof replaced with them 5 years ago. It has since leaked twice, causing water damage in my kitchen ceiling. The first time they "fixed" the roof and then ghosted me when they were supposed to come back to fix my ceiling. I lived with a hole in my ceiling for 2 years until I eventually paid my own contractor to fix it.Then it leaked in exactly the same spot, again. **** did the same, fixed the roof but left the ceiling. He had me waiting 3 days at home for his workers to show up to fix the ceiling - he'd confirmed the day they were going to come, but they were no show. 3x! In our last interaction he admitted it is his responsibility to fix the ceiling, but he doesn't have the manpower so would rather pay me $400 to find my own contractor to do it. A vast underestimate, but I agreed, just to end things. And then guess what he did - ghosted me. I chased up with his admin for the past 2 weeks but she is now ignoring my texts, calls and VMs. In fixing it, my contractor has found mold so has had to mold remediate and rip out/replace my insulation. Who knows how long we had a slower leak for.I posted this same review in a Montclair ******** page and got an outpouring of "we had the same experience" responses. Lots of leaks, no follow up, gutters being ripped off and not replaced when not in scope, etc. One was particularly egregious, resulting in full mold remediation, not being able to live in the home for 6 months, and a $250,000 insurance claim. What an absolute joke of a company. ****** work, and they don't honor their warranty.
