    My mother has been living in **************************** for 17 years. In June 2022, someone came into her apartment and stole money, jewelry, and other personal things from her. She expressed her concerns with to the management office and was threaten with an Eviction because she was upset and yelling! In 2016, my mother hospitalized for month and a half, once she was released she asked if they could paint her apartment. Fast forward to July 2023, that is when they decided to finally paint it. The linoleum floor need to be replaced because it has started to come apart. They sent someone at the end of October 2023 to replace the floor but since the management office never sent maintenance to move the appliances out of the way, floor has yet to be replace. The office staff live in the apartment complex (Apartments that have been updated) while nothing has been done with the apartment that my mother or other tenants that have been there just as long. I mentioned this because whatever maintenance issues they may have in their apartment, it is fixed right away.Broad Management group is one of the worst management company that I have seen with just a generic corporate phone number that no one answers. The fact the office staff is allowed to speak reckless to their tenants, no consistency when comes to work orders, allow maintenance staff to come and go without notice, etc., I do not understand how or why they are still allowed to operate. My mother is 65 yo and there is no reason why she should have to put up with these issues and I am looking forward to removing her out of such an unsafe and unsecure situation.

    DO NOT MOVE TO ANY OF THEIR COMPLEXES! A full review (OF JUST ONE OF THEM) is provided if you go to ******** and search for ********************** - ********** *******. There are SO many issues with this complex and the management and why you should move here... It is too long to write here in only **** characters. THEY ARE A FOREIGN LLC UNDER THE ***** OF APPEARING TO BE US BASED.

    I spoke with ******* (Property Manager) today and was advised after initially being told I would receive my security deposit that a decision was made from "upper Management" and I was denied my security due "not giving enough notice". I did give enough notice and I had been in contact with ******* multiple times regarding my notice because she said she had potential renters for my apartment. The main cause for me leaving was because of the poor living conditions at High Pointe apartments in ********. I had contacted the main office and put in multiple complaints and concerns starting in April of 2023, regarding the poor conditions and lack of upkeep. I also brought it to the head of maintenance's attention *******, and nothing was done. When I brought up theses crucial concerns to management (*** and *******) I was advised that they would be having an inspection and these problems would be resolved immediately but after this "inspection", nothing changed at all. *******, the head of maintenance told me he is the only one taking care of the building and he will try to get to it when he can but never did and instead was outside most days, smoking cigarette and talking to fellow tenants in the building. The hallways in the apartment strongly smell of urine and are very dirty. The **** in the main hallways was never turned on or not in working condition and in the warmer months the hallways were extremely hot. The railings in the stairways are sticky and dirty. The ornamental trees by the entry way of the side entrance of the building, have used tissues and trash covering them. The back side entryway smells like cigarettes. The main entryway floors are dirty with debris and never cleaned. The common area such as the kitchen and work out rooms are extremely dirty and smell of urine as well. Whenever there was an issue in the apartment, maintenance tried to charge a cash fee to fix the issue even the maintenance is supposed to be included. Stay away from this place!

    I am a tenant who is trying to pay her rent but I am block by the manager who left and stole my money order and quit the company. I have left email and voice messages to her and corporate and it been 15 days. I still haven't had anyone from the corporate office to contact me. I feel lied to. we have no one in our office to speak to with our concerns. nor do we have maintenance people to fix things that is wrong.i been hear in my apartment for 15 years and now for the first time I am sad mad and so disappointed. this is the worse company I have rented from they show no concern about there tenants ... only getting money is their concerns. lord help us

    I rent in ************ ********. Very unprofessional. They steal security deposits from older people. They threaten with eviction if you dont agree to pay more rent. They try to charge you fees and extra money for not agreeing to pay extra rent.

    Upon moving out of Broad Management property, we received a ridiculous repair fee ($900), cleaning fee ($500), convenience fee ($35), and a two-months rent early termination (was supposed to be 1-month, per contract).None of this was in the contract. It was impossible to contact the local property managers and when I finally did, they claimed they could not correct the charges. Regional manager supposedly reviewed the charges and claimed they were correct. So it's pay up the money or they send it to collections. Residents can't do anything about it.If you are reading this and have a choice, DON'T rent from them.
