    I received a claim form from ********** Engine Water Pump Settlement Administrator around d the end of January 2020. It stated that there was a recall for the Engine Water Pump and if you had already replaced the pump to send the service receipt and you would be reimbursed. They stated that my car (2009 Passat) would be a covered model. I completed the claim form and mailed it along with service receipt ($748.56). On 6/28/21, I received an email from an intern (*********************) at the Kantrowitz, *********************************************** law firm stating the he was assigned to review and cure my documents for the Audi/********** Water Pump Settlement. He requested that I resend personal documents, which I did. On 8/22/22, I emailed ************* for an update. His response was that the case was closed at the end of 2021, however my claim was approved for payment over a year ago. After speaking to several people at the firm, to no avail, ************** emailed me stating that my car had been disqualified because it was over 10 years old. They, specifically, included 2009 Passat.
