    I was misled by Broad Financial. I am a self-employed person and they opened a Self Directed 1ra rather than a Self Directed Solo 401K. I paid a fortune for this service and expected much better guidance in terms of my selections

    meet your expectations. We can assure you that our team aspires to provide
    excellent customer service and product offerings at a fair price. In this
    particular situation, the initial account signed up for was a Self-Directed
    IRA. Once we were made aware that you’d prefer to sign up for a Solo 401(k), we
    promptly contacted you, received your authorization to sign you up for a
    Solo 401(k), and resolved the mistake.  

    In
    general, we make every effort to be transparent and explain our offerings
    simply and clearly to ensure a positive experience for every client. Based on
    your feedback, we will look to make improvements. We wish you the best of luck
    on your investing journey!
