These guys are terrible! They ******* their vendors. The vendor does work for them and covers materials out of pocket. Then has to wait two months to get paid. Thats if they even pay you at all. They will give you many excuses as to why you havent been paid. Make sure you thoroughly check their reviews on ******* They have two ****** business pages with various similar reviews to this one I am leaving now. They have two ****** business pages both hold a 1-star rating. Its so bad you cannot even call them directly. When you call its a 3rd party phone answering service who cannot patch you through to anyone at shields. They can only take a message. To which shields never responds to. Look if youre a hard working small business like mine. Its not worth the trouble. You lose money on materials and payroll. ***** end up having to fight this company to get paid. Just do your research.
