    Greg ******* a seemingly nice man who graduated Moorestown High School with my daughter, was contacted for continuing landscape services via his company, Yard Masters, for our property of 38 years in Moorestown. Wanting to funnel business to a local guy, we shook hands on landscaping service to include weekly grass cutting and trimming, dead branch removal, shrub trimming, yard cleanup. He suggested staking a large arborvitae next to my garage which was leaning away. I also gave him my gas-powered pressure washer to repair as I could not get it to start.
    His crew adequately cut the lawn weekly. However, after they put a stake in the ground next to the garage, my landscape lighting ceased to function. He came out and admitted his crew had severed the wire coming out of the garage and said he would be out to repair it. That was over 2 months ago. He also still has my pressure washer.
    The only disagreement between us was centered on his crew supposedly weeding my property every 2 weeks. To be honest, I hadn’t noticed much effort on their part (if any) and in fact my plant bed on my driveway was so full of weeds that I did it myself and it took nearly an hour to do. For “weeding,” I got charged $49 every 2 weeks for 12 weeks-$294! When I responded via text that we needed to discuss these charges, his response was “that’s not the way I do business.” I responded by saying I would pay his charges this time but that I no longer cared for him to do the weeding. Since then, his crew has been out to cut my lawn on 2 occasions. I have tried repeatedly to contact him via voicemail, messaging, email and gave not heard from him.
