      I ordered a coat for $218.80 and paid for 2 day shipping. I never received a coat and it has been almost a month. When contacting them several times I have been refunded the shipping but they refuse to refund the coat and say its coming from a vendor, so they cant tell me when it is arriving or refund it.

      I placed an order on Tuesday and paid extra for 2 day shipping. The customer service representative also said after my order was confirmed she would add the 15%off new customer code and refund my cc the 15%. I have left 3 emails with no response and have called customer service every day since inquiring why my order hasnt been shipped out. The call centers are located outside the **** they are unable to contact the warehouse in ** via phone. They sent emails to the warehouse. the answer they received why my order was late is the warehouses are very busy and behind. They are unable to tell me when my order will be shipped out. They said there is noone to talk to in ***************** and that this happens all the time I will just have to wait.
