On Feb 14 2023 I went to r wireless location in ******** **************** went to purchase 2 Apple Watches, the salesperson Ishmael scanned the first watch and tried to activate but found that it was previously registered and returned, he removed the watch from the bill but could remove the added line, so to remedy the situation he added two more lines for the watches I purchased and offered me a free phone case for the inconvenience which was the wrong size and he ended up charging me for it, needless to say after he set up the 2 watches I purchased he assured me he would take care of the first line added by his mistake, Ive called back 2 times and they always seem to have an excuse as to why they havent fixed the issue, Ive contacted ******* only to be told I would have to pay to cancel this line in question unless the r wireless store fixed it which they have not, we are coming up on three weeks Im absolutely disgusted with these shady sales practices. So need this issue resolved or Im going to have to pay the ****** lines cancellation fee

I spoke with Mr and Mrs ******** last week about the issue. At this time, they are not 100% satisfied with what we (R Wireless and ******** have done to try and satisfy the issue. ******* has given them credits back for five of the activation fees and additional credits to cover the reconnection. ******* Consumer Relations gave them a revolving $20 monthly credit. When I spoke with ********************* he relayed his dissatisfaction and then asked for me to speak with his wife as she had the notes. ********************** contacted me and we spoke about trying to resolve the situation to everyone's comfort. I said that with the credit and biling that had happened over the last few weeks, it was difficult to understand the final results. She agreed and was allowing me some time to figure it out. They were going on vacation the week of 3/4 and would not be back until the week of 3/13. I have a follow up with Mrs * then. We hope to come to a resolution at that time. Both Mr and Mrs were very cordial on the phone and understood, it seemed to me, that I was trying to help them and fix the issue.

Subject: Re: You have a new message from the BBB of ********** in regards to your complaint #********.

    Hello

We have been out of the country and unable to respond within your self-imposed time table. This is not resolved, and in my opinion, you have not really done anything to help us.

Should be noted this should be re-opened until R-wireless provides a remedy as per their own note, they are looking into it. Why would you close it when your supposed to advocate for a remedy

    Thanks
