    Very poor customer service and lazy untrained staff. I placed an order at 1 PM for pick-up at 1:15. When I arrived around 1:25, the staff had not checked the system and did not realize there was an active order. They asked me to wait 5 minutes while they prepared a ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant, a pastry, and a large coffee. I waited for over 20 minutes. Not a single customer arrived while I was waiting. The 4 people behind the counter spent the entire time talking to each other and doing no work. I walked back up to the counter to get the status. They looked confused and realized they had screwed up. It was now 1:45 PM. I requested a refund. They were rude and unapologetic. One of them yelled, "have a good one!", to my back as I left. I was on my way to the hospital to visit a family member in the ***; I ordered ahead, so I could grab it and go. It's just pathetic when a small business acts this way toward their repeat customers. They'll never succeed with this type of service and behavior. I recommend customers go somewhere else; this place does not deserve your business.
