    On approximately 3/06/24 l delivered original documents, **************** of real estate transactions to *******************************************************, ************************ OH. l had recently moved to ***************** so l met with ******************** in Feb '24 to ASK ******************** IF his practice would allow him to take me on as a client. He assured me that he could accomodate my '23 tax filing because he'd recently connected with "Straight Talk, CPA's" so he'd have the support needed to ccomplete '23 tax filings in a timely manner. During our discussion, l shared with ******************** my '21 tax filing so he could SEE what my tax filing entailed.So l summarized all my **************** catagories, and prepared a spreadsheet for rental properties. l also provded my actual '22 tax filing for *******************. My documents were originals as l trusted him. l was required to pay half the quoted charge for service, or $275 to "Straight Talk" & fortunately l do have a reeipt for that payment.I began getting concerned as to the status of my tax filing as l'd heard nothing over the several weeks that l assumed my taxes were being prepared. l called ************************ office on Thursday 4/11 to obtain an update on my '23 tax filing. l was told by the offce receptionist, *************************** that she ould call back with that informaton on Friday, 4/12, but she didn't do so.l called first thing Monday morning, 4/15 - no answer but l left a *************************** apologized for failing to follow through on 4/12. She said Straight Talk COAs had my tax material & my taxes would be completed before the close of business on 4/15, and l could then sign my tax documents electronically. She then told me to call a *************************** at ************ a Straight Talk CPA's to find out how to get my taxes & to sign off. No answer, no call back after leaving several vmail messages. l finally sent a text message explaining my disgust when hrs thereafter, *************************** did call back, she apologized & said a CPA would call - they have not!
