  WARNING!!!! I hired ***** to finish my concrete garage floor. First issue we ran into, they used a new stain product that they were not familiar with. They didn't have enough of the stain, so they had to order more and come back to finish the application and seal it. But whatever they did, it didn't work. The stain color bled and every time you walked on it, it would leave footprints in the driveway. My dogs walked on it and then went into the house leaving prints on the new hardwood floors and furniture. I needed to get someone in to clean the upholstery. Also when they applied the stain, the over spray coated my new white pvc walls and the color would not come off. Needed to change all the pvc. When I told ***** about it, he said it was my fault that I put the pvc wall panels up before the floor was finished. All he needed to do was cover the walls with plastic to protect it. But he didn't care. Also when they did the concrete sanding, ***** wasn't careful and chipped the brand new bluestone door saddle. So we decided to sand it off and apply a flake floor. But we had more issues with that too. The flake was not scraped off properly, so the floor was rough. When I asked ***** to come look at it, he told me to get a scraper and scrape it myself. Also didn't apply the poly evenly so some areas have too much poly and others not enough. Truthfully, I think they tried to stretch the ploy to coat the entire floor because they didn't order enough of it. And finally, the blue footprints all over the driveway needed to be cleaned. But ***** used a power washer that was too strong and left lines all over the newly sealed driveway. They literally blew off all the sealcoating. So now I have to hire someone to come in and seal coat the driveway again.
