Dear *******,We are writing to address the concerns raised in your recent communication and public statements regarding the services provided by our practitioner, *****************, at The ***************** Institute. We take our clients' concerns seriously and strive to exceed expectations. While we value constructive feedback, defamatory statements are something we must address directly. Your characterization of our business as a "scam" and the personal attack on ********************* professionalism in your review are not only unfounded but are also damaging to the reputation of our company and the trust we have worked diligently to build with our clientele. We understand that you might have had concerns regarding the service and associated costs, particularly with your last visit where additional services outside the initial agreement were rendered at extra cost. This practice is standard within our operations, aimed at maintaining fairness and transparency for all our clients. Furthermore, the aftercare products recommended are essential for the best post-procedure outcomes, contrary to being an unnecessary upsell. The additional costs incurred during your last visit were because YOU requested ***************** perform additional sections that were not included in your touch-up areas. The pricing for the additional sections and the cost of aftercare products were explained to you, and you signed a Payment Agreement agreeing to these costs BEFORE going ahead with the procedure. On the matter of tipping, it is certainly not a requirement but rather a gesture of appreciation for service beyond expectations. ******************* previous decision to extend complimentary services / additional sections during your past appointments was made in goodwill, aimed at enhancing your overall satisfaction with our services. However, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the nature of these gestures. It's disheartening to hear that you felt compelled to comment negatively on this aspect, especially considering that gratuities are traditionally offered in acknowledgment of exceptional service, including instances where additional services were provided at no extra cost, as was in your case.Lastly, your assertion that ***************** missed several areas of treatment during your procedure has been thoroughly reviewed. We have consulted the after photos taken immediately post-procedure, which clearly document the areas treated. These images, along with ********************* notes, confirm that all discussed areas were attended to according to the service agreement. Moreover, before you left our facility, you were provided with an opportunity to review the outcome of your procedure, ensuring all concerns could be addressed promptly. The results of such treatments, while perhaps not immediately apparent due to the nature of the service, are consistent with the expected outcomes at this stage of the healing process. We stand by the quality of our work and the professionalism of our staff.
