    April 2021 *********************** aka Cosmonet LLC purchased ********************** home park. We didn't receive any information until almost two months later and then we received 4 pieces of paper all of which were back dated, signed by the then manager/maintenance; all 4 documents had conflicting information on different rules and we refused to sign until these were remedied. We had the new lease with corrections and were all ready to meet with the managers/maintenance when he was hauled off to jail. Over the last couple of years, we have had several managers/Maintenace people none of whom lasted more than a couple of months; several quit because the owner refused to provide them with the money or resources to actually do any maintenance. During this time we had the subfloor in the kitchen completely break through to the outside, windows busted and just boarded over; a hole in our ceiling that leaks, sewage that came up through our shower, mailboxes destroyed, electrical outlets that don't work and were without heat for over two weeks with no resolution. We invested well over $5000 of our own money fixing the floors, and then paid to finally have the furnace fixed. The $400.00 for the furnace we did end up taking out of rent. We were told by the owner that we still owed all that money and they never received noticed of the furnace issue, with which we have proof that he did get the receipt for the furnace from the then maintenance guy (that is of course no longer here). At this time 2 weeks before February rent was due we were told that our rent was to raise from ****** to ****** for February and then received notice that for March our rent was now to be ******. We and no other resident in the park have received any update lease but were told that everyone in the park some including us have been here for over 10 years were to now be on a month to month lease. We do not want to pay the rent increase with also being liable for all of the repairs and maintenance.
