      10/25/24. I hired the company to fill all cracks and seal the driveway, which was promised to be 1/4" slurry seal. The worker, who said he was the son of the owner - spread out a thin layer of seal over the most, but not all of the paved driveway. He did not fill any cracks to level. He said he was returning with a warning tape at end of driveway but never did. He promised to email an invoice with a 3 year warranty and never did. He will not return my phone calls or text messages.

      I employed this company to seal coat and fill the cracks in my driveway. They did a horrible job and the driveway is worst than it was before. I reached out to **** Sherlock (if thats his real name) and told him my issues and he assured me he would return and fix the problem. He never showed and its been days and Ive been calling, texting and leaving messages and no response. These people are scammers.

      ******* Sherlock DBA Gold Seal Asphalt - Phone number ************ was contracted to do the Driveway crack fills, repair and double seal coat.The transaction took place on Wednesday 9/6/23. While the work was taking place, I questioned the cracks were not being filled - instead he was putting in some tar sand and that too sparingly. While he was coating I told him the cracks have not been filled and he kept on saying once it dries up you won't see the cracks. It was a family affair with a little kid working and helping doing the dirty work.

      This *************** Did a very poor Job at my house then in 3 days after the rain it all washed off......DO NOT HIRE HIM.......******************* guy mid 40 ish white *** LImited with Penna Plates..... this was all done within the last 20 days...washed right off.

      I hired the Sherlock Asphalt Construction to fill in the cracks in the driveway and apply a coat on the entire driveway. I repeatedly mentioned to the person that my main concern was the cracks as they keep on expanding. He assured me that he as a process to fill in the cracks and will follow the same. Two days after the work was done I inspected the cracks and the ones that I as most concerned about were in the same condition before the work started. I called the number on the card and the person from Sherlock assured me that he will turn ** in couple of days to fix the problem. He never turned up and no response to any texts and call. I did inform them that will be approaching BBB but no response would like strict action to be taken against lock Construction and would request BBB to help with the refund.Many thanks
