    I've been using the product since 2023, from ********* I've spent over $3300.00 dollars on ISDIN products. after repeated emails encouraging myself to join and scan product box for points in their "LOVE ISDIN community" I did. Most purchases I would save the scan code and in 2025 I took the time and scanned multiple product purchases that I had made. Then I got an email requesting that I photograph my products. Well I have two homes with products at each location,...additionally, I had saved the codes therefore the empty was discarded. Never did they specify requirements on scanning in a timely manner after purchase or any requirement to photograph used products. Their "LOVE ISDIN community" boost the ease of scanning and receiving "exclusive rewards". Well, as I reached out through emails and phone calls they terminated my access....therefore I can never redeem my due points. I stated they have the information on purchases if they needed to validate...but instead they insist on more photographs than I provided.

    I submitted for a return due to a skin reaction I had for the item Actinica spf my order # ********** I was provided with a prepaid return shipping label tracking # ************ I returned the item and your returns department received it over a week ago and I received a generic email from a customer service representative named ******* stating you have a system issue and dont know when I will receive a refund which doesnt make sense to me because now Im being ignored by your company to process the refund I have opened a dispute for the amount of $64.12 for the item I returned because my emails are being ignored by the representative . The reference # to the emails is 00D580JlJY.
