    I purchased a CPR class from CPR Solutions in 2022. Due to a covid case from the instructor, plus cancelled classes, etc. the schedules were not able to align. I was told in Feburary via email that I would receive a refund in check the *** I paid for the class. By mid-March, I reached out again as I had not received the check. In talking to *****, I was asked many questions about the refund & where I was told I would be receiving one. I referenced the email that she had sent and was still asked a lot of questions. I was then told by her that I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. It is now April and I had to reach out again for status! I talked to ****** and let her know my frustration with the process and I just wanted my money. She escalated to ***** and he alerted me that I was able to get a refund via credit card at a reduced amount or a check for the full amount. I requested the full amount AND for the check to be overnighted to me, as they have been holding on to the funds for way too long. ***** told me he wasn't able to do that and then I asked to speak to the owner. Once the owner (****) got on the phone he was yelling which is highly unprofessional and rude. He explained that his business experienced a surge in schedule and their bank closed on him. I told him I understood and appreciated what he does for the world in teaching people the art of CPR, however the issues he is facing are not my problem and that I just want my money back. It seemed as if he was refusing to release my funds. I again requested for the money to be overnighted/prioritized for me and he again yelled that it wasnt possible. I told him that he didnt need to yell and he told me I was making him excited and that I wasnt understanding. I was told I would receive a confirmation no and I could call the bank myself.I hope to I receive the number today as promised. This has been a horrible, unprofessional and very tacky experience. Will find a new company to use in the future!
