    ***** and his team are incredibly aggressive and friendly when its time to sign the initial contract and taking form of payment. I was Sheparded to download their app, add my credit card details and buy credits without getting any opportunity to read (let alone understand) their terms and conditions. I paid for month by month credits which was more expensive and as explained to me, would allow me to see if I liked the workouts and get a feel for the place. When I asked to discontinue, they explained that its month by month but require 60 days advance notice to cancel. This was all glossed over in the initial moments of signing up. They also verbally promised guidance on diet to go along with the training program, which turned out to be simply being told not to drink soda, Gatorade or eat processed foods. Overall these vague promises and assurance truly left me on bad terms with NBD (Infiniti)
