  Might be the worst contractor we have ever hired. Environmental Approach was hired to install a new walkway and entryway. The company raised our walkway over the grass line even though we did not want the walkway raised. ************* installed for the entryway had mortar all over it, coming out of the grout lines, chips and scratches and there was picture framing on most of the pieces. There was mortar left all of the faade rocks. The circular landing using pavers was so far from a circle it was laughable (owners excuse was that it is hard to cut stone). The blue stones treads were not cut straight and the pavers for the stairs were installed crooked. They scratched up a lot of the pavers when applying the polymeric sand. Within days of installation, numerous paver were bulging up. They did not grade the walkway or steps properly. Huge puddles formed after a moderate rainstorm. Rocks and old roots that were left all over the lawn, mulch beds, driveway, and street (including all of the dust). I have to hire another company to repair all the damage they did.

Through the course of the project, I was thrilled to hear you and your wifes repeated expressions of satisfaction with our work. Your frequent texts led us to believe that you were happy with the progress and results. Especially with texts like steps look good and Its looking good, how would anyone seem to feel differently? I was blindsided by the negative feedback you shared after the completion of the project. It is crucial to us that our clients have a positive experience from start to finish, and we make every effort to ensure your vision is realized. If there were any concerns or elements that did not meet your expectations during the project then why wait until the end to share them. We could have made changes or alterations on numerous occasions to satisfy your concerns. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address them promptly during the project, rather than receiving this feedback after its conclusion.Furthermore, if you truly were so unsatisfied with our work and the progress to date, why would you ask in your words worst contractor we have ever hired for not one but TWO estimates for additional work on your property. Something does not ring true.I take our clients' feedback seriously and I was prepared to fix the concerns you had with the project until you AGAIN changed what you had stated and not allowed us to return.
