    unprofessional doesn't begin to describe my MRI experience. After waiting 30 minutes without anyone explaining the wait, I asked and was told "MRI wasn't working this morning and I unplugged it and plugged it back in"... I was taken in 10 minutes later and was "positioned" numerous times and my feel was person was unfamiliar with this and was even put into machine and back out after 10 minutes to "position" me again and then back in for 12 minutes and noises stopped and nothing...... for over 8 minutes only to be rolled back out and told "you'll have to reschedule this, something isn't working right"..... let's just say i will never ever go back. Having said that, I have had excellent years of mammograms and even sonograms there. but this tech staff was horrible.

    I went to this facility for over 25 years. I brought my whole family. The practice was sold to a corporation. There is no medical people insight. Well. The workers are part time. They gave me an erroneous . Mammogram report, which causes me much anguish. I pray that this does not belong to another woman. I went to the ripple center at **********. We are for over an hour. I was by two radiologist. A sonogram technician and a radiologist who redid my mammograms. Nothing was found I cant even tell you what Harding radiology put me through. I am thoroughly shocked that a medical facility would be run like this. They will never see my face again

    Avoid The Radiology Center at Harding My insurance only covered a small fraction of the cost for my MRI--clearly there is something wrong with the process.Not only did I end up paying an outrageous bill, but they started harassing me for payment BEFORE the bill was even sent. Don't go there!********
